10.6 ounces sugar (300 grams)

5.3 oz softened butter (150 grams)

1 Tbls. Vanilla extract

3 eggs room tempertature

8.65 oz all purpose flour (245 grams)

3/4 cup milk

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk ending with the milk.

Bake at 325 for approx 35 mins in 2 greased 8 inch pans or 3-6 inch pans.
